You can attach a paint sample from any vendor (Sherwin Williams, BEHR, etc..) Include the color name and number.

Custom colors, stains and requests:

Once you have completed and saved your design you can move on to the custom request. After saving the design you should be looking at the itemized summary, sometimes called the MRP.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the summary and select Custom Request-Submit Attachment for Review

Now that you have selected the request, you will see where to attach your request for review.

The Custom Request is to be used for something that is not in the catalog. Such as a 6 drawer base cabinet, custom height cabinet, etc…Once your request has been sent, a BW Modern associate will be notified. After the submission is reviewed you will receive an email letting you know the outcome. If the request has been approved you can submit your order which will include new pricing. If it is not approved there will be a reason why and a BW Modern associate will reach out to you.

You can attach a paint sample from any vendor (Sherwin Williams, BEHR, etc..) Include the color name and number.

If you are submitting any color or stain, make sure your material is set to paint grade TBD, or stain grade TBD. It is also an option to change individual cabinets to a paint or stain color request. If that is the case, you will leave your finish settings selected for the majority of the job. You will select the cabinet that you would like to be a different color and add that cabinet/color to the request.

If you have a custom stain or color request, the sample will need to be delivered to BW Modern. Any custom stain or color request will have to be approved in person. Custom color requests will add to your lead time.
